Job descriptionBase Pay : $17 / hour Plus : Overtime, bonuses, and incentive pay for supporting sales Estimated First-Year Earnings : $37,000 $45,000+ Company vehicle (picked up and dropped off daily) Smartphone and iPad provided Major medical plan (50% of employee premium paid by company) 401(k) with company match (up to 5%) Paid time off : 6 holidays, 5 sick days, and vacation / PTO days Pre-tax benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, etc.) Free pest elimination services at your home 20% Verizon Wireless employee discount Optional disability and life insurance plans Begin each day with a company vehicle and assigned schedule Perform safe, effective pest elimination treatments Inspect properties, diagnose pest issues, and recommend solutions Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners / business owners Support sales by identifying opportunities and passing along leads Earn incentive pay when recommendations result in new or expanded services Maintain accurate digital service records using your iPad Customer service and relationship-building Safe application of pest elimination techniques Problem-solving and attention to detail Comfort with mobile devices and digital reporting Independence, time management, and reliability Physical stamina; ability to work in crawl spaces and attics High school diploma or equivalent Valid drivers license with insurable record Willingness to learn (no experience required) Strong communication skills Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces Safety-conscious and able to wear protective gear Able to pass a drug screen (no illegal substances or marijuana) Neatly groomed (trimmed facial hair required for mask fit) 90+ years of trusted service in the community Family-owned, local company with a reputation for quality Paid training and career path for advancement Team culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence

At Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators, we believe outstanding pest elimination starts with outstanding service. As a Pest Elimination Service Technician , your primary responsibility is to provide safe, effective treatments and peace of mind to our customers. Youll represent a company trusted since 1929 for protecting homes and businesses with professionalism, integrity, and care.
While your focus will be on service, youll also have the opportunity to support our sales team by identifying needs or recommending solutions and earn extra pay when those opportunities lead to new or expanded services. There are no quotas or direct sales responsibilities.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday : Full-time, 8-hour days
- Saturday : Overtime as needed (paid at time-and-a-half)
