Responsibilities
Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound callsDevelop and implement action plans to optimize resultsProvide campaign feedback and collaborate with managersBuild relationships and communicate effectively across teamsMaintain accurate records in Salesforce CRMQualifications
2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experienceExperience in high-volume outbound callingHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication skills and goal-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plusPreferred Qualifications
