Traveling Nurse, LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse

Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses .

Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.

Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe; Regional Travel

Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.

• Full Travel

Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company’s footprint. (Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!

Active and in good-standing LPN license.

Every other weekend and holiday work availability.

At least one year’s experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.

Additional hourly pay premiums for all hours worked!

Pay premiums vary based on Regional Travel or Full Travel designation.
