Build pipeline through a mix of outbound, inbound, and strategic introductions. Help define early sales processes, playbooks, and collateral as we grow. Who You Are ~3 years into your AE journey with hardware / software or automation systems experience. Startup-minded : resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable building from zero. Skilled at selling into complex industrial or logistics environments. Able to collaborate closely with a founding team. Motivated to own the story and grow into a GTM leadership role. Willing to travel 75% Compensation Above-market base to offset early-stage uncertainty. High upside OTE for hitting growth milestones.
