Security Supervisor (North Shore, MA)

Schedule : Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Shift : Will vary between 2nd and 3rd shift

Locations : Northshore, MA (Revere, Everett, Somerville, Malden, Medford)

Pay range : $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

Job Description :

As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, training and ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Oversee and manage security systems.
Conduct routine security patrols and enforce site protocols.
Supervise security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage shift schedules and monitor officer attendance.
Follow and enforce site-specific post orders and assigned duties

Requirements :

Oversight of multiple residential security sites.

Leadership of multiple security officers.

Scheduling and problem solving skills required.

Frequent communication and coordination with Account Managers required.

Ability to work varying shifts and have a flexible schedule.

Previous security experience required, supervisory experience preferred.

Must have personal vehicle..
