What you ll do
Handle inbound Medicare calls and complete compliant MAPD / PDP enrollments.
Run needs analysis, present best-fit options, and document accurately in CRM.
Meet daily talk-time, quality, and conversion targets during AEP.
Follow CMS / carrier rules, required disclosures, and call-handling standards.
Maintain a professional WFH set-up and impeccable phone presence.
What you ll need
Active Health Insurance license ; RTS / no-release MUST .
Medicare experience (MAPD / PDP) is a plus; strong consultative phone selling required.
Availability across a Mon-Sat daytime schedule during AEP.
