As a Continuous Improvement Consultant , you’ll lead end-to-end assessments and redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process management methodologies to make a real impact. You’ll also drive ongoing optimization by managing training curriculum and advancing the organization’s continuous improvement capabilities, helping Maverik operate smarter, faster, and better every day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand process improvement opportunities.
- Lead strategic, process improvement initiatives, utilizing business process management, lean, and six sigma methodologies.
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis and future state redesign with assistance from a more senior CI role.
- Develop Lean and Six Sigma curriculum that enables the implementation of Lean & Six Sigma principles.
- Assisting with management of the standard operating procedures library.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Lean tools and techniques.
Role Requirements :
This role is cell phone stipend eligible and supports an 24 / 7 operation. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work may be required to respond to urgent issues or service calls.Occasional daily and overnight travel may be required for team meetings, training, or special projects.Qualifications : Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, preferred.Lean Certification is preferred.Qualifications : Experience
1+ years of experience in business process improvement type initiatives, operational excellence, or business transformation.Hands on experience managing or implementing an Operating System.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications : Team Member Leadership Skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $60k-$80k + DOE + Bonus Opportunity
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
