As a Community Engagement Associate , you’ll help strengthen connections between AT&T and the local San Diego community through events, outreach, and face-to-face interaction. Community Engagement Associate Main Objectives :

Proactively approach and interact with potential customers in various community settings to present and explain AT&T's offerings.

Act as an ambassador for both AT&T and Cycles Consulting, participating in and staffing local events to raise brand awareness and promote services.

Provide detailed information about ongoing promotions, plans, and features, guiding customers to choose services that best meet their needs.

Foster trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication, and establish good working relationships with event partners.

Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to expand the customer base within a designated area.

Document and provide updates on daily engagement metrics, sales, and feedback received from customer interactions.

Work with colleagues to strategize, share insights, and adjust approaches to maximize the effectiveness of community events and promotions.

Approach each customer and team interaction with enthusiasm, innovative ideas, and genuine sincerity to create a positive experience.
