Program Support Associate – Doerr School of Sustainability, Stanford, California, United States
This is a one-year fixed-term position with the possibility of renewal dependent on programmatic need and budgetary availability. The position is based on Stanford's main campus with consideration given to a hybrid work schedule (partially onsite and offsite), subject to operational need. Overview
The Program Support Associate will provide essential administrative and logistical support for convenings and capacity development programs. Working with limited supervision, this role supports high-impact initiatives such as the Natural Capital Symposium, custom training programs held locally and internationally, and other strategic efforts that advance research and outreach goals. The role helps deliver new course agreements and ensure smooth execution of a broad spectrum of events to support NatCap's mission to equip practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to integrate natural capital approaches into decision-making.

Education & Experience : High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $39.20 to $45.56 per hour. Stanford provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered will be determined based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, qualifications of the candidate, budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
