LPN or RN – Primary Care & Occupational Health Clinic (Part-Time, Day Shift)

Location :

Indianapolis, IN (East Side)

Schedule :

Mon 7a–3p, Tue 7a–2 : 30p, Fri 7a–1p (approx. 20 hrs / week)

Start : Oct 27, 2025 | End : Jan 18, 2026

Overview :

Join a respected employer-based health team providing care to employees in an onsite primary care and occupational health setting. We’re seeking an RN or LPN comfortable working independently in a small clinic environment.

What You’ll Do :

Support patient visits for routine and occupational health needs

Conduct vitals, triage, testing, and documentation in EPIC EMR

Assist with wellness checks, vaccines, and injury follow-up

Collaborate with the onsite provider or work autonomously when needed

What We’re Looking For :

Active Indiana RN or LPN license

Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred

EPIC EMR knowledge a plus
