About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Payroll Solutions with a strong background in payroll and HCM sales, particularly within the homecare or healthcare services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of payroll and HCM offerings, both through new client acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, maintain a high level of outbound lead generation, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. The VP will also act as a subject matter expert, partnering with Account Executives and Account Managers, and will collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to shape the product roadmap. Deep knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and workforce management technology is essential. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor on payroll market trends, product positioning, and competitive intelligence, and should be willing to explore and adopt AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation in their role.
