Florida Licensed Clinical Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients in services

Complete necessary documentation and facilitate patient linkage to services

Assess patient safety and provide support to at-risk patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, or related field; master's degree preferred

History of accuracy and volume processing in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, proficiency in other languages a plus

Experience with crisis intervention and verbal de-escalation

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
