Job Title : Locum Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

Join a dedicated team committed to serving our nation's Veterans! We are seeking General Medicine Providers to conduct Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The facility offers a supportive environment where providers can work on a PRN basis, with the flexibility to choose between half-day and full-day shifts. Our mission is to deliver compassionate and thorough evaluations for Veterans, ensuring their needs are met in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments.
• Conduct mostly interview-based evaluations with some physical assessments, such as range of motion and muscle strength testing.
• Submit detailed reports following evaluations, including any necessary addendums.
• Complete all required training to maintain compliance and provide optimal service.
• Engage in follow-up administrative tasks as required.
