Facilities Maintenance Tech

JOB DESCRIPTION Facilities Maintenance Tech for the RGV. Home location in Corpus Christi. Must be able to travel between locations. Responsible for daily maintenance and improvement of facilities. Assist in building improvements, equipment and building and grounds maintenance to include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, power generation and back-up, structural, roof, paint, elevators, appliances, equipment and security systems.

Must have : 7+ yrs in facilities or maintenance role, commercial with multi-sites preferred, must have experience working with outside vendors, decision-making for facilities needs. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license and insurance.
