LGTC Group is a clinician-driven, comprehensive mental health service provider seeking to hire Program Manager for the Eating Disorder PHP / IOP in a brand-new facility located in Burlingame, CA. An ideal candidate is knowledgeable about eating disorders, familiar with best practices, and passionate about their work. Enjoys working with children and teens, families and young adults. This candidate is looking for long-term employment and is actively interested in being part of a rapidly growing company.
A program manager will oversee the operational and administrative aspect of care of the clients that are actively enrolled in the ED PHP / IOP program :
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage program schedule
- Audit of documentation
- Maintain appropriate documentation in EHR and oversee completion of documentation.
- Coordination of operational aspect of the facility in collaboration with Program Director
- Facilitation and attendance of necessary meetings
- Oversight of admission and discharge processes
- Coordination with other disciplines an departments
- Training for staff
- General oversight of daily operations
- Working with, maintaining and updating program tracking spreadsheets
- Assist with budgeting and budget tracking
- Case management for clients enrolled in programs
- Other specific tasks that ensure the smooth operation
Qualifications
Must have Bachelor’s degreeMust be able to learn and regularly use an Electronic Health Record (EHR).Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Child Abuse Index Check (CAIC) background clearance.Experience in Higher Levels of care setting is preferred.Experience in treatment of clients diagnosed with eating disorders is strongly preferred and / or passion to learn and work with this specific population.Bilingual in spanish is a big plusJob Types : Full-time
