Overview

Ready to shape the digital future of a high-growth, PE-backed business? Were seeking a visionary yet hands-on VP to build and lead our client's Digital, Data & AI agenda right at the heart of their transformation journey.

Reporting to the CDIO, youll engage with board-level stakeholders and peers (CISO, Transformation, Applications, Infrastructure) to architect and execute a greenfield digital strategy. Youll build a small, agile team, drive rapid implementation of digital / data initiatives and deliver measurable impact across M&A, business growth, and operational excellence.

• Build and lead a high-performing digital / data / AI team from the ground up
• Shape and execute the digital roadmap, integrating new acquisitions and modernizing systems
• Deliver early wins and long-term transformation in a complex, regulated environment
