Responsibilities :
Following each resident's care plan while providing direct nurse care
Accurately and safely administering drugs and therapies
Keeping an eye on residents' health and updating the care team on any changes
Promoting the autonomy and mental health of inhabitants
Creating a welcoming, cooperative environment based on kindness and respect
Qualifications :
An LPN license that is up to date and valid in New York
A CPR certification, or the desire to acquire one upon employment
An attitude of compassion, dependability, and care
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
We are pleased to offer training and mentorship; however, prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is beneficial!
