The role you'll contribute : The Executive Director of the Digestive Health Institute supports the development and execution of system-wide Institute strategies for their areas of responsibility, which is comprised of Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Colon and Rectal Surgery, Bariatrics, Endocrinology and Diabetes. This position reports directly to the Vice President for the Digestive Health Institute. The Executive Director works closely with the other system Institutes (Cancer, Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, Women & Children and Transplant) as well as with Senior Institute leadership to execute strategic plans and plays an integral role in providing the tools and information needed to make strategic decisions. The scope of oversight is division-wide while creating partnerships and alignment of strategies that drive growth, creating standardization in care pathways and experience across the AdventHealth care continuum.
