The Megan Toole Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance. We are looking for a bilingual customer service representative to join our team!
General Lines Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Onboarding support
