• 1–2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with prior exposure to palliative care as an APP or RN preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role :

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative Care team in Clarksville, TN. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality palliative care services focused on improving quality of life, managing symptoms, and supporting patients and their loved ones through complex treatment journeys. This role is well-suited for an experienced NP or PA who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives.

Located just 45 minutes northwest of Nashville, Clarksville is one of the fastest-growing cities in Tennessee, offering a vibrant community with a small-town feel.
