Key Responsibilities

Oversee partner implementation projects, including integration planning and timeline management

Develop project plans and optimize partner implementation for risk and payment yields

Lead a team of professional services and technical implementation resources while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment

2+ years of experience managing a team

Strong understanding of payment processing and ISV integration models

Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects
