Essential Job Functions :
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.Prospect new accounts to grow Stowers’ rental market share.Prepare accurate, competitive rental quotes using Salesforce / CRM.Coordinate equipment delivery and logistics with operations via DBS.Monitor fleet availability and utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability (DBS / iStowers).Collaborate with sales, service, and product support to ensure a seamless rental experience.Partner with the used equipment and service teams to monitor fleet maintenance and repairs in order to maximize profitability.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Caterpillar equipment to provide expert recommendations.Track rental performance metrics and support demand and revenue forecasting.Ensure accurate processing of rental transactions, documentation, and billing (DBS / Unit 4).Preferred Experience and Skills :
Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Salesforce and DBS experience is preferred.Previous experience with heavy equipment operation, valuation, rental or sales is not required but is preferred.Physical and Mental Requirements :
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering positive relationships.Must be able to pass background check, physical exam and drug screening test.Work Environment :
