Mayor And Council Aide
The Mayor and Council Aide supports the Mayor, Vice Mayor and as assigned, by handling administrative and logistical functions to include, but not limited to, email and calendar management, travel coordination, constituent support, meeting preparation and briefings.
Education and / or experience : Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of comparable responsibility; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
Certifications, licenses, registrations : Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Arizona driver's license at time of hire.
Selection process : Applicants whose education, training, and experience most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to participate in a selection process to include a panel interview and an assessment exercise.
