Overview
Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) at Polaris Inc. is designed to shape future leaders by offering recent graduates a comprehensive and immersive experience in operational excellence. The program focuses on developing expertise to lead plant operations and distribution centers to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals, streamline processes, enhance supply chain management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Through targeted mentorship and impactful projects, participants drive innovation and operational success in the pursuit of high-quality powersports products.
Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $76,000.00 / yr.

Polaris offers relocation assistance via a mobility vendor for eligible employees. Benefits include a lump sum, self-haul moving package, lease cancellation / duplicate housing reimbursement, and a relocation counselor to assist with short-term housing. Daily commuting transportation is the responsibility of the employee.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, with graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026Minimum overall GPA of 3.0Commitment to 40 hours per week starting on one of the following dates : January 12, 2026 or June 15, 2026U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the futureWillingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations and beyondReliable transportation for daily commutingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)Active leadership experience in student organizations or work, with a desire to grow leadership skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; self-motivation and leadershipStrong interest in long-term career developmentPreferred qualifications

Starting pay range reflects Minnesota and Washington locations; individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. It is not common to start at the top of the range.
Selection process and onboarding
