About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient Server Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and validating enterprise-grade server hardware to support customer deployments. You must be comfortable working with both consumer and enterprise computer components, following build specifications with precision, and maintaining a highly organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble physical server systems according to technical build sheets and customer requirements
• Install and cable components such as CPUs, memory, storage drives, NICs, GPU cards, etc.
• Perform basic system power-on and functional validation tests
• Accurately document build progress, serial numbers, and QA steps in internal systems
• Palletize servers and prepare for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area with strong attention to inventory tracking
• Work independently to meet daily build targets and shipment deadlines
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and engineering teams when required
