Job description

Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity in a Premier Regional Medical Facility

Position Overview :

  • Practice Type : Hospital Employed
  • Team : 4 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians + Nurse Practitioners (2 FT, 2 PT)
  • Support : 24 / 7 Nurse Practitioner coverage, performing all procedures
  • ICU : 18-bed, semi-open with an additional 6-bed ICU at a nearby facility
  • Structure : Clinic and ICU coverage
  • Schedule : Full Time, Monday to Friday with one late day per week (10am-7pm)
  • Call : Shared among 4 PCC physicians (1 / 5 for weekends)
  • EMR : Paragon (AllScripts)

Ideal Candidate :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care
  • Welcoming New Graduates and current practitioners
  • J-1 and H1b visa candidates encouraged (Visa sponsorship available)

    • Key Job Details :

  • Patient Volumes : Serving a significant 5-county area
  • Procedures : Comprehensive ICU procedures including ventilation, lines, para / thoracentesis, intubations
  • Hospital Facilities : State-of-the-art with a significant annual patient volume

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Model : Income Guarantee (3-year contract) + Production bonus
  • Income Guarantee : $500,000+ (Based on Experience)
  • Signing / Commencement Bonus : 50% at signing, 50% at start
  • Student Loan Repayment : $25,000 per year
  • Monthly Training Stipend : $1,500-$2,500 per month
  • Relocation Assistance : Provided
