Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2 years professional experience in an A / V sales role preferredStrong interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy. Capturing and utilizing data in the form of written word, verbally, data in systems, quoting, and reportingAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and ability to track actions to completionProficiency with CRM system, preferably SalesforceKnowledge of A / V systems preferredKnowledge of the A / V selling channel preferredNice to Have - basic / intermediate understanding of shipping, planning, sales operations, inside and outside sales, finance (pre- and post-sales), project managementAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and / or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsPhysical ability to use computer hardware / software requiredSome lifting (up to 30 lbs.).
