As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a logistics and distribution location. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access

Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as needed

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
