Work hours are typically 7am - 6pm Monday-Thursday.

Registered Nurses do not work weekends, holidays, or evening hours.
$50.00-$65.00/hour depending on experience.

Puget Sound Pain Clinic has locations in Tukwila, Covington, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, & Lakewood, WA. We are expanding our staff to accommodate our new Ambulatory Surgery Center and we are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to be the Charge Nurse for the ASC in our Tukwila location. A Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for patient care within a single specialty
interventional pain management ASC. The Charge Registered Nurse will assist Medical
Doctors with the safety and oversight of patients while they undergo interventional pain
management procedures in the ambulatory surgical center. You will also oversee the day-to-day functions of the ASC to include HR, Inventory, Compliance, Policy & Procedures, etc. You will also have the assistance of a 3rd party medical consulting company along with the practice administrator for Puget Sound Pain Clinics. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities who thrives working in a team environment.

As a Charge Registered Nurse your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in the clinical & ASC setting
• HR: Hiring nursing staff, annual RN/ASC staff reviews, disciplinary action if needed, etc
• Pre & Post Operative patient care in ASC setting
• AAAHC/CMS ASC compliance measures, Policy & Procedure updates, Meeting minutes tracking
• Oversee & assist with ASC operational efficiencies and interventional procedures

Qualities that we are looking for in a candidate are:
• Proficiency with EMR's, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Great Communication Skills & Reliable Team Player

Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience:
2 years of ASC, operating room, pre-operative, PACU or hospital experience preferred but not
necessary

Licensure: Current applicable state Registered Nurse (RN) required
