Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $500,000.

Retention Bonuses : Stay, grow, and earn more! We’re proud to offer a generous retention bonus, paid at key milestones with us.

Net Collections Incentive Model : High production is rewarded with significant earning potential.

Expedited Partnership Track : With the ability to co-invest in Gastro Care Partners (GCP) and affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).

Comprehensive Benefits Package : Includes health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, retirement plan with match, CME allowance, and PTO.

Relocation Assistance : Provided, if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient GI care, including procedures and rounding.

Cover 1–3 hospitals , depending on preferred patient volume.

Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, and call support.

Round with APPs, reviewing and attesting to notes.

Perform weekday-only outpatient procedures (no weekends); typical volume of 6 procedures / day.

Manage 10–12 inpatients per day during rounding.

Take night call from home , with rare emergent hospital procedures required.

Flexible Work Schedule Options

Option 1 : 7 days on / 7 days off (full 24-hour coverage).

Option 2 : 7 daytimes on / 7 days off (no nights).

Option 3 : 5 days per week, including nights.

Option 4 : 5 daytimes per week (no nights).

Requirements

MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Gastroenterology.

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Arizona.

Strong clinical, procedural, and interpersonal skills.
