What you will do :

• Answer phones, managing patient scheduling.
• Obtain patient referrals.
• Check patients in and out, collect co-pays.
• Update patient information in the Practice Management System.
• Verify insurance
• Clean hearing aids (training provided)
• Greet patients with a smile and empathy.

What we offer :

Hours for the position are Monday-Thursday -8 : 30-5PM. We are a tight-knit, family / team-oriented practice. The patients come first; we treat them as our own family. We are seeking a friendly, positive, team player to join our practice.
