Necco has an opportunity for a career as Regional Director.  This role will add the most value to the company by leading the overall operations of the location(s) while providing supervision, oversight, and support to its staff.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following :

Drive Office / Regional Growth and Outcomes

• Balance office / regional outcomes and growth while maintaining quality and managing risk
• Work towards effective and efficient internal systems and processes
• Optimize staffing model based on local demand and client census
• Pull down internal / external resources to assist with efficient and sustainable growth
• Ensure data entry and review processes necessary to accurately and timely process relevant financial transactions (e.g. billing and foster parent payments) are followed
• Attend local legislative events to establish influence and advocacy
