What you´ll do

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial mixing and filling equipment, conveyance systems, motors, pumps, and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production.
  • Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system. (SAP)
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Able to work on ladders / articulating lifts / mobile scaffolds.
  • Documented mechanical and electrical / electronic skills training or experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • 3+ yrs of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing.

  • The salary for this role is $28.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
