Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload as assigned
- Provide weekly one‑hour, home‑based, virtual, or office family therapy sessions to clients, at a minimum
- Actively participate as part of the therapy team
- Complete formalized FFT‑A assessments
- Refer families to appropriate services and supports regularly
- Provide families with both clinical and concrete services
- Perform basic accountability tasks related to the job, compiling and maintaining all necessary records
- Attend all FFT‑A training sessions and supplemental continuing education modules with fidelity, integrating required data management system into service delivery decisions
- Provide supervision to assigned case managers in collaboration with the program supervisor
- Provide life skills classes
- Collect information for program effectiveness together with administrative staff
- Perform other related duties as requested by direct supervisor or clinical director

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, mental health, or a related human service profession is required, with at least two (2) years of experience in children and family services.
