• About the Role :

We are seeking a

• Network Support Specialist
• to join our team and assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting network operations, resolving connectivity issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in networking fundamentals, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide day-to-day
• network support
• focusing on basic troubleshooting and issue resolution (e.g., IP address conflicts).
• Support and maintain
• network hardware
• components, including
• routers
• and
• switches
• Assist in monitoring network performance and ensuring optimal operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve network-related issues.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Deliver excellent
• customer service
• while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Strong understanding of
• basic networking concepts
• and
• Cisco fundamentals
• Proficiency in
• troubleshooting
• common network issues, such as IP address conflicts.
• Experience with
• network hardware
• (routing and switching).
• Excellent
• customer service
• and
• communication skills
• Nice to Have :
• CCNA
• or
• CCNP
• certification.
• Positive
• attitude
• and
• aptitude to learn
• new technologies and processes.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Up to $20.00 per hour
