Financial Services Senior – Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services – Property & Casualty

Opportunity

Deliver creative and innovative actuarial solutions to high-profile property and casualty insurance companies worldwide. Lead engagement teams, work directly with clients, mentor team members, and build a personal brand as a leader in your field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement teams on reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services.
  • Drive ratemaking analytics and services.
  • Redesign actuarial processes and integrate software solutions.
  • Apply predictive analytics and data visualization.
  • Provide market strategy advice and reinsurance analysis.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial reporting advice.

  • Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an actuarial position.
  • Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or actively pursuing associate status with a minimum of 5 exams passed.
  • 2 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and / or C++.
  • Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and persuade on complex subjects verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in a team environment on project-based work.
  • Ideal Experience

  • 2 years of experience with R, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Previous consulting experience or experience implementing new processes in a corporate environment.
