Job descriptionLead branch operations, ensuring sustainable growth and team success. Drive sales and business growth while maintaining operational excellence. Develop and coach your team to achieve performance goals. Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers to meet staffing needs. Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and company policies. Have at least 2 years of management or leadership experience. Possess strong sales and business development skills. Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. Hold a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
