A non-profit community hospital in northern Massachusetts is adding an Internal Medicine physician due to patient demand.

Position Details

• Total outpatient
• Monday-Friday workweek with one admin day that can be done remotely
• No evening office hours
• The average daily patient census is 18-22
• 1 in 7 call rotation
• Physicians with Spanish fluency strongly preferred
• Base salary plus quality incentive and productivity incentive includes a comprehensive benefits package
• 4 weeks of paid vacation
• 1 week of paid CME time plus $4,000 in expenses
