Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, mainly including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent future issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliances to enhance service quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service visits.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure high-quality repairs.

Requirements :

• Valid R Certifications required for appliance repair.
• Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with various brands and models of appliances.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
