The Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful Bookkeeper & Operations Coordinator to head our booking and support operations functions. This full-time, 35-hour / week position will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely administrative processes for our international incentive programs.
Key Responsibilities
What You Bring
Preferred :
Experience preparing materials for annual audits and tax filings.
Familiarity with multi-state payroll or project / job costing.
Certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, or equivalent) is a plus.
