Job Description

Primary Function of Position

The Lease Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the company's lease agreements. This role involves ensuring compliance with lease terms, optimizing lease portfolios, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support business priorities. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management of Intuitive's customer finance operations and maintaining high standards of service for our global customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management :

Manage customer finance contracts approaching end-of-term, processing system returns, and amendments.

Conduct detailed analyses to evaluate lease performance and identify areas for improvement.

Partner with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure seamless lease administration and compliance.
