Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying visible throughout the site to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the operations at the logistics and distribution location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.

Monitor access points and verify the credentials of individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location.

Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to established protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site staff, and visitors to support a secure environment.

Assist with implementing site-specific emergency response procedures and provide guidance during critical incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
