Job Title

General Service Technician (Hourly, Exempt / Non Exempt : Exempt / Non Exempt notations may vary by location)

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles into service bay, prepare them for service, and complete digital vehicle inspection
Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customer after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete
Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member / customer experience
Learn from Technician colleagues to further advance your career

Work Schedule & Environment

Hours typically Monday – Friday, 7 : 30am–6 : 00pm; Saturday 8 : 00am–4 : 00pm; closed Sundays and some holidays

May experience loud noises and odors in the shop; standing and moving about the shop; occasional heavy lifting (up to ~80 pounds)

Must have own tools appropriate for your skill level; able to work in heat where some locations are not air-conditioned

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or technical school certification

Valid driver\'s license

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive / truck systems; ability to independently perform basic repairs and maintenance

Ability to use equipment and tools safely and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

G1 Auto Maintenance & Light Repair

State inspection certificate (where applicable)

AC 609 Certification

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rates starting between $15–$17 per hour (rate based on experience; annual bonus eligibility)

Annual incentive opportunity

Certification bonus opportunity

Profit sharing; 401(k) with matching contributions; automatic 4% 401(k) employer contribution; additional 50% match up to 6%
