THIS ROLE IS HYBRID YOU MUST RESIDE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Pay Rate is $25.25 per hour
  • Equipment is provided

Summary

The Health Coordinator is responsible for contacting members to inform and educate them on our medical management programs, conducting research, performing data entry, responding to inquiries from members, and supporting the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience with automated systems
  • 1 year experience with managed care system(s)
  • Experience coordinating member needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
