Shasta orthopedics is seeking is seeking orthopedic surgeons to join our private practice group. We have been an independent private practice in the North State area of Northern California for over 30 years. We are committed to providing high-quality and convenient orthopedic and musculoskeletal care to our patients. We are a multidisciplinary group, offering orthopedics, nonoperative sports medicine, podiatry, interventional pain management, chiropractic, and physical therapy in one practice. Because of that, we are able to support our orthopedic surgeons in developing their practices fully, and can direct clearly nonoperative problems to our non-operative specialists before the first appointment is scheduled.

The group offers ancillary income opportunities including PT and DME, as well as affiliated real estate investment and ASC investment options. Hospital call is also an option to supplement your income. Salary listed is first year guarantee, not including productivity-based bonus. Partnership is available after 1 year, with entirely productivity-based income.

Our area has a high need for all medical specialties, and we have openings for a general orthopedic surgeon, as well as subspecialties, including hand surgery, sports medicine, and joint replacement. Requirements :

• Board certified or board-eligible
• Must have or be able to obtain California medical license prior to start
• Must be willing and able to work in a private practice group environment. Employee physicians are included in group discussions and decision-making from day one.

Pay : $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
