- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address inbound calls promptly, providing information or redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, including switchboard operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills to maintain office supplies and reception area.
