About the Role :

The Phlebotomist at Larkin Community Hospital (LCH) plays a critical role in the healthcare delivery process by performing blood collection procedures with precision and care. This position ensures that blood specimens are collected safely, accurately, and efficiently to support diagnostic testing and patient care. The Phlebotomist will interact directly with patients, providing a compassionate and professional experience to reduce anxiety and promote cooperation. Minimum Qualifications :

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of standard infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
