Area Security Officer - Senior (Team Lead)

Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Area Security Officer - Senior (Team Lead) to provide leadership and coordination across security clearance and administrative support services. In this role you will lead the Clearance and Administrative Support Services Team, oversee clearance processing, and ensure accurate maintenance of personnel security records. You will also coordinate clearance activities, manage security databases, and support government personnel in meeting Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilities :

• Lead all security coordination functions for the Clearance and Administrative Support Services Team.
• Oversee and facilitate the processing of personnel security clearances.
• Manage and maintain security records, databases, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable clearance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide administrative security support services to Security Management leadership.
• Support government personnel in adhering to clearance and security requirements.
• Monitor, track, and report on clearance processing activities.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of all security data systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clearance-related customer service inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve clearance or record issues.
