• 7 days per month with 3 days of 24-hour weekend call
• 20 surgical cases per week
• Required: endoscopy, hernia repairs, appendectomies, colectomies
• Adult patient population with varied surgical procedures
• Alternative schedule: two weekends per month available
• No office hours required
• 1.5x rate for observed holidays
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
