Seeking a Bakery Manager to join our growing team prior to our opening in Pasadena! Looking for a manager that will oversee our Bakery Operation that supplies multiple locations.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily baking and prep for breads, pastries, and other items
Manage production schedules and prep lists to ensure consistent quality and supply
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Order, track, and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering efficiency and speed
Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development, specials and holiday preorders
Ability to produce new menu items in a timely manner
Produce creative product
Holding the quality of the food to the highest standard by regularly monitoring prep and tasting the food
Qualifications :
Previous baking and kitchen management experience
Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
Proficiency in Labor and Budget Management
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
